Hey, I’m Raquel! Some of you might know me as I came in 2nd place on CBS’s The Amazing Race! Other people might have stumbled upon my page in a different way; regardless, I am so happy that you have found me!!!

My program here is simple: I combine the power of Accountability & Mindset into one program. Not only do we create change and bring awareness, but the accountability serves as the driving force for the change. When I created this business, I wanted to help men and woman become the best versions of themselves, in whatever the capacity their best looks like.

I have struggled with many things in my life, from a challenging childhood, to rediscovering who I was in my later years. I have dealt with loss, grief, depression, anxiety, heartbreak… but I have learned the secret to life and it has changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined. So much so, that this newfound mentality has allowed me to handle having a special needs and medically complex child with this much grace and ease. It’s truly a gift I want to share with you.

This life will continuously test us, but it our choice whether we allow our circumstances to make us less than or greater than our situation.

The right guidance and support is powerful! Becoming the best version of yourself doesn’t need to be unrealistic or unmanageable. I believe growth can be achievable through time and with the right program and people in your corner.

My job is incredibly rewarding because of people like you. People who took a chance on themselves and in me. Thank you for finding me and I can’t wait to get to know you further.
